Copyright & Content Reports

Lucid Lust takes intellectual property rights and content legality seriously. This page describes how to report content available on this site or through the Lucid Launcher that you believe is infringing your rights or is otherwise illegal, and how I will respond.

For any concern, you can also email me directly at contactlucidlust@gmail.com.

Copyright Complaints (US)

If you are located in the United States or you assert rights under U.S. copyright law, you can send a copyright notice using the form at the bottom of this page, or by email to contactlucidlust@gmail.com.

To help me act quickly and correctly, please include in your notice: (1) identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed, (2) identification of the allegedly infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to let me locate it (URL, mod name, submission ID, etc.), (3) your contact information, (4) a statement of your good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law, and (5) a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed.

Lucid Lust is an independently operated project. Notices are handled directly by me on a good-faith basis. I aim to review every valid notice and to remove infringing content within 72 hours of receipt. If your content has been removed and you believe it was in error, contact me at contactlucidlust@gmail.com and I will review the situation.

I enforce a repeat-infringer policy: accounts of users who submit infringing content on multiple occasions will be permanently terminated.

Illegal Content Reports (EU — DSA)

If you are located in the European Union or you assert that content is illegal under EU or national law of an EU Member State, I comply with the notice mechanism defined in the Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065), Article 16.

You may report any content that you believe is illegal, including but not limited to copyright infringement, defamation, incitement to hatred, or violations of privacy rights. Your report should include (1) a sufficiently substantiated explanation of the reasons why you believe the content is illegal, (2) a clear indication of the exact electronic location of the content (URL, mod name, submission ID, etc.), (3) your name and email address (except in the case of information involving offences referred to in Articles 3 to 7 of Directive 2011/93/EU, in which case anonymous reporting is available on request), and (4) a statement confirming your good-faith belief that the information and allegations contained in your report are accurate and complete.

Once your report is received, I will send you a confirmation and, after review, I will inform you of my decision and provide a statement of reasons.

Discretionary Removal

Independently of the legal mechanisms above, I reserve the right, at my sole discretion, to remove or refuse any submission for any reason, including but not limited to low quality, spam, duplicate content, off-topic content, content that I consider harmful or inappropriate to the platform, or content that I simply choose not to host.

When a submission is refused or removed, I will provide the affected uploader with a statement of reasons by email, as required by Article 17 of the Digital Services Act. This statement may be brief, but it will indicate the nature of the reason. This obligation is separate from, and does not affect, my legal obligations to process the reports described above.
