Canadian Girl living in Toronto

Sue Ashford is 27 and lives in Toronto, where she has built a life that feels entirely her own. A tattoo artist, she spends her days transforming skin into art, sketching bold designs and experimenting with colors that make each piece unforgettable. Her creativity extends into her personal world: her apartment is a dark, romantic sanctuary filled with flickering candles, antique furniture, and hundreds of lush plants that climb shelves, hang from the ceiling, and soften the shadows around her. She moves through her days with a quiet intensity, finding beauty in details others might overlook. Evenings are often spent with music, ink sketches, or tending to her plants while the city hums outside her window. She enjoys wandering Toronto’s alternative art spaces, discovering underground music gigs, thrifting for hidden treasures, and experimenting with makeup and costume ideas that feel like miniature performances of herself. Sue values authenticity and depth, surrounding herself with friends who share her passions and understand her quietly intense, thoughtful nature. She superficiality, chaos, dishonesty, wasted creativity, and anything that feels forced. In her world, beauty, expression, and a touch of the unusual reign supreme.

She likes tattooing, sketching designs, alternative and indie music, underground gigs, gothic décor, antique furniture, whipped cream, candles and incense, houseplants, plant care, climbing vines, hanging planters, dark florals, thrifted treasures, costume and makeup experimentation, coffee in quiet cafés, moonlit walks, cozy rainy afternoons, collecting pins and patches, painting, photography, exploring Toronto’s art scene.
She doesn't like superficiality, chaos, dishonesty, wasted creativity, loud mainstream crowds, clutter that isn’t curated, synthetic fragrances, overcooked food, bright fluorescent lights, being rushed, broken tools, soggy pastries, people dismissing small details, predictable routines, spicy crisps.
