Use only one clothes type per garment, and tag what the garment looks like, not what it was made from.
The type suggested at upload is the garment your card was created from. If you reshaped it into another type, for example a tshirt turned into a croptop, replace it with the new type.
When in doubt, keep the suggested type.
Searching tips:
Use camisole to list all clothing of this type, or -camisole to hide it.
