How do I get the Paid Version?

Right now, the only way to get the Paid Version is by subscribing to Patreon or SubscribeStar.
When you subscribe, you can download the latest Paid Version available at that time.

Do I keep the Paid Version forever?

Yes, for the latest version available at the time of subscription and versions released while you were subscribed. If you are subscribed when a new version is released, you get permanent rights to that version.

If you later cancel your subscription:

• You do NOT lose access to the versions you already received
• You can keep using them forever

What happens when new versions are released?

Subscription gives access to versions released during the subscription period; not future ones.

Example:

• You subscribed during version 0.5. While subscribed, 0.5.1 and 0.5.2 are released.

You permanently own 0.5, 0.5.1, and 0.5.2

• After you cancel, version 0.5.3 is released

You do not get 0.5.3 unless you resubscribe

Is this a rental or DRM-based license?

No.

• There is no DRM
• No online checks
• No time limits
• No forced updates

Once you legally obtain a version, it’s yours to keep and use under the license terms.

Do I need to stay subscribed to keep using the game?

No.
You only need to have been subscribed at the time that version was released.
You do not need an active subscription to keep using your version(s) of Lucid Lust.

On how many computers can I install it?

As many as you want, as long as you’re the one using it.
You may install the software on multiple devices you own or control.

Can I stream, record, or make videos with any version (including the free version)?

Yes!
You are allowed to:

• Stream gameplay
• Upload videos
• Post screenshots
• Monetize content (YouTube, Twitch, etc.)

Can I monetize content created with the Paid Version?

Yes!
If you have paid for a specific version of Lucid Lust (either by purchase or by having an active subscription at the time that version was released), you are granted full commercial rights to everything you create using that version, forever.
This includes, without limitation:

• 2D renders, images, and artwork
• Videos, animations, and gameplay footage
• Scenario files, any type of card, and mods
• Paid Patreon/SubscribeStar content
• Commercial games, visual novels, animations, or other projects that use your renders as visual assets
• Commissions, render packs, subscriptions, NFTs, prints, or any other monetized content
• You may sell, license, distribute, or monetize your creations in any way you choose.

The only restriction:
You may not extract, sell, or redistribute the game’s raw 3D assets, code, or files (models, textures, meshes, animations, etc.) outside of the Software.

Simple rule:

• If you created it using the Paid Version, you can monetize it.
• If it’s part of the game’s raw assets, you can’t redistribute it.

This game is for adults only.

The software contains explicit adult content. You must be 18+ (or legal age in your country), and you are also responsible for ensuring the content is legal where you live.

You can't modify or reverse-engineer the game.

You may not:

• Decompile or reverse-engineer
• Extract assets / Use assets in other projects
• Modify or redistribute the software

If you seriously violate the license, such as piracy and redistribution, abuse, or asset extraction, your license can be revoked. If you follow the rules, your license to lawfully obtained versions is permanent
